Beautiful beach front property. Wifi was strong and consistent. The property was very clean and taken care of. Comfortable beds. The staff were kind. Loved scuba diving with them as well. Hot shower and strong A/C. They helped arrange transfers for us at a great price!

Right at the port so convenient for an overnight before the ferry. Restaurant next door is lovely. The hosts are incredible! Honestly felt like one of the family. Had a gorgeous breakfast waiting for me before I left and had amazing chats. Wonderful people! Great WiFi

We spent four nights at Buena Vida and would definitely choose this hotel again! Nice room with a big terrace perfect for relaxing, just a 3 minute walk from the beach, diveshops and the market. Also the massage was great! The breakfast is served at their sister hotel Ocean Vida, which also offers packed breakfast and lunch sandwiches if you're going on an early dive or for day trips. Free water is available at the reception. Highly recommended!

Good guy running the shop. I arrived late after a long bus ride from Cebu and he was kind enough to drive me to the only shop still open for food and also to the ferry wharf the next day. Great little place to spend the night

The staff and the whole resort. We had a great holiday here (5nights as part of our 3 week trip) and did 4 days of diving. I wish I could call this island my home because wauw! The resort was a bit slow, as we were there just when high season started. This was very nice for the personal attention. The restaurant is very good with great staff and food. Also the welcome we got was so sweet! Thank you, exotic.

The staff were absolutely spot on very very helpful the room was exactly what we wanted and right next to the pool with an excellant view of the ocean the hosts Dave a chona really went out of there way to help us after breaking down in the car. Dave wat a star came and collected us and his wife chona made us so welcome .The room was exactly wat we wanted enough room very clean the bed was very comfortable I could not praise this paradise enough well worth a stay thanks Dave and chona .

Review for Malapascua Island: Perfect for diving (thresher...

Review for Malapascua Island: Perfect for diving (thresher sharks) and snorkeling, otherwise not much to do there. Recommendation - compare prices for fun dives at different dive shops, some are very pricy. The north beach was a disapointment - some smaller sections of the beach are cleaned, others very dirty and smelling like rotten animals. Not much to see in the water while snorkeling there.
