The property is brand new. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Smart toilet. Very good Korean restaurant. As I had to delay my arrival by one day, they changed my reservation to the following day without asking for any additional money (although they had already charged my card).

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—conveniently situated close to everything we needed, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. Their service really made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and comfortable environment. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Metro Clark. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I asked to change my room after check-in, and they immediately accommodated my request without any hassle - truly great service. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well-maintained. I do want to note that the West Wing looks significantly newer and more modern compared to the East Wing, so if you prefer a fresher design, it's worth requesting a room there. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
