First off, the staff were so polite and friendly. The room we stayed in was exceptional, clean and quiet. If you have a layover or you’re just visiting the area, this is the place to stay. It can be risky staying in a place with no reviews but it’s only because it’s a brand new hotel and they have spared no expense. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a gym which was not in the photos but it was really nice to visit in the morning and get a workout in!! Hopefully they start advertising it in their pictures because it is a big pro! The room looks just like the pictures and the bed was comfortable

It would be unfair for me to comment, having stayed there twice. How do you know the SureStay staff and management are excellent? Simple. You don't see them unless you need them. And then, they are excellent!!!! Whatever you ask or request, appears in seconds to minutes. THE most polite. THE most engaging. We spoke about perhaps sending the SureStay staff out to train other establishments' personnel on the 'concept' of hospitality management. They are that good. From providing towels for our guests at the swimming pool.....WITH a smile; and being greeted on entry and exit EVERY occasion.

Went for a run with my wife in the morning and passed so many pelle on bikes, or running. Went through a park where many people and families were enjoying themselves. It was a Tuesday morning but a holiday and everyone seemed to be enjoying the free day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—conveniently situated close to everything we needed, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. Their service really made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Good day Sir/Madam, We are Filipinos who migrated to Austria and are now citizens there. We recently visited my hometown, Angeles City, and stayed at Best Western from March 4–7, 2026. Our stay was truly wonderful. I must admit that I was initially a bit skeptical about booking at Best Western, but I decided to give it a try and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during our trip. The reception staff were very friendly, polite, and hospitable. The hotel also has a convenient parking garage located right in front of the entrance, which made everything very easy for us. Our room was excellent very clean, fresh-smelling, and well-maintained. We were honestly pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and spotless everything was. A special mention goes to Kuya Joe (Housekeeping), who was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. There were also two other staff members doing their OJT (MJ and Kristine) who were equally welcoming and attentive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. If it were possible, I would gladly give this hotel not just 10 stars, but 100! Thank you for making our visit to Angeles City even more memorable.
