The house is located in the center of Valencia. There is a good cafe on the ground floor, a 7/11 store is 5 minutes away. The room is bright and cozy. There is everything for a comfortable stay. The special feature of the room is the view of the mountains from the window. If you wish, you can go up to the roof from which you can watch sunrises and sunsets. I would especially like to thank the owner of the apartment for her responsiveness and help.

Super host, place had an unforseen water shortage problem and he upgraded us and looked after us above and beyond.. First class host .would absolutely stay again next time in Valencia or Dumaguete. The room was bigger then I expected, I loved the open plan shower tucked behind a half wall. I loved the fact they had complementary water daily. It was clean to a very good standard. The food at the restaurant was nice, very good portions. Although I couldn't eat the whole pizza but I just got it in a "doggy bag" and put it in my room fridge for lunch the next day. The lighting around the ground was good at night. My main reason for staying here was the fact they had the Dive Society on site.
