Rooms are big enough, with fridge and kettle. Comfortable bad. Staff was fine. Decent location in Tagum, not hard to find with google maps. Simple breakfast can be served to the room if u ask for it.

Spacious. Well appointed. Fun, bright decor. Strong AC. Living room with giant big screen, AC is cooler than in bedrooms which was fine for me. Comprehensive kitchen with appliances. Nice bathroom and shower. Many local food vendors across the street on Timog Avenue. A pleasant 24 hour 7/11 convenience store across the street. Plenty of motorcycles and tricycle cabs to transport you to/from town early morning and late evening, which was fine and enjoyable for me. 50-100 pesos each way to downtown 10-15 minutes.
