I booked this for my cousin and partner. I even purchase a late checkout and a surprise birthday for my partner which is really good. They have a banners, balloons, and a cake that is scrumptious. As a hotelier myself, I highly recommend staying here for either business or leisure. Receptionist when they were checking in was really lovely pity my partner did not get her name but she deserves a pay rise. Well done Girl! We will stay here again in the future. Hopefully when I get home next year but will definitely book them in again before that. Parking is a bit far away but walking is always good !!

We stayed here to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. The staff went all out in celebrating with us by placing surprise treats and decor in our room. The room was very comfy, spacious and clean. We also loved the breakfast and the pool. Great staff and place all in all!

Good day Sir/Madam, We are Filipinos who migrated to Austria and are now citizens there. We recently visited my hometown, Angeles City, and stayed at Best Western from March 4–7, 2026. Our stay was truly wonderful. I must admit that I was initially a bit skeptical about booking at Best Western, but I decided to give it a try and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during our trip. The reception staff were very friendly, polite, and hospitable. The hotel also has a convenient parking garage located right in front of the entrance, which made everything very easy for us. Our room was excellent very clean, fresh-smelling, and well-maintained. We were honestly pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and spotless everything was. A special mention goes to Kuya Joe (Housekeeping), who was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. There were also two other staff members doing their OJT (MJ and Kristine) who were equally welcoming and attentive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. If it were possible, I would gladly give this hotel not just 10 stars, but 100! Thank you for making our visit to Angeles City even more memorable.
