The front desk staff was nice and accomodating. The room was clean and conducive for sleeping. The staff in the restaurant were really nice and attentive to our needs during breakfast. The security team were courteous.Thank you.

It was a beautiful stay. Two nights in an ultra clean, recently updated hotel. Superb shower, spacious room, and extras like towels being given upon entry to the pool area for each of us were really decent welcome touches. Staff were attentive, kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds are mega comfortable. Amenities, more than we need. There is a kettle and coffee machine in each with free for use coffees and tea. Location is spot on, close to SM iloilo, and there are many restaurants nearby, as well as Starbucks just across the street. The best of everything is the staff, all of them speak English and they are very friendly and super helpful! Will definitely visit again when I am in iloilo. This is the place to be!

Everything. Staff are very accommodating and cheerful. Such a pleasure staying here. Commending the staff who assisted me during the whole stay. I can't remember all your names (from reception, housekeeping, f&b teams) but you all are the best!

It has a very convenient location, close to the central market and to SM delgado. The hotel sits at the 4th floor of the atrium so on the ground and second floor there a lot of shops and food stalls. You have everything you need in the building. Even has Jollibee. Wifi is reliable and fast. You can refill your water just around the corner of the rooms. I love the smell of the hotel because it’s a bit similar to my fave light blue perfume.

The internet was so fast, we can cook ,aircon can freeze you🤣, nice pillow so comfy to sleep, tv more movies to choose netflix and prime video, nice dining table and sofa

Excellent price Friendly staff Clean

i didn't expect that there's no window but it was good

there’s no breakfast, not even a coffee or tea because the place has no electric kettle to make tea even, no fridge in the room as standards in hotels. I like the fact that it’s in the city centre and you can walk to eateries and restaurants easily. But the front street is where the wet market is, so if you like to buy fresh vegetables, it’s nice. But there’s no facilities in the hotel to cook your food.
