Great place run by honest good people. We had a free airport shuttle to the accomodation and the host organized a cab back to the airport for us at the end of our stay. Also provided us with free drinking water and was always available for questions and issues. While the location is a bit away from the city, you can always find cabs to bring you there and back. It's quiet and peaceful, the place is clean, the size is just right for two people, the bed is big and comfortable, there's a water dispenser that instantly gives you cold or hot water...

Where to start. I didn't personally use the pool but my family were very happy with the pool. The pool table was used tons by me, my brother-in-laws and nephews. My nephews loved the basketball court and were out there every day and night. We loved the space of the villa, we were able to accomandate our family visits everyday. Nothing was too much, if we needed anything, it was sorted. The car we rented as well fulfilled our needs. There was a BBQ at the back of the villa which we used. The Wi-fi was amazing, even with all our family members connecting anywhere between 12-25+ people, plus our children streaming videos, the speed was still brilliant. This place has so much potential and feel like there is so much more available than the ad indicated.

This was the best hotel stay I have had. Firstly, the hotel and grounds are beautiful. Great buildings, decor, gardens, and the rooms were perfect. Additionally, the service was exceptional. Everyone from the owners to the housekeepers and security were friendly and went out of their way to help and make our stay comfortable. We cannot recommend The Premises Hotel enough if you're in Dipolog and need somewhere to stay.

The staff were truly awesome—always friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the best features was its near to the airport; I could easily reach my flight without any hassle. The rates were incredibly cheap, offering great value for such quality service. While the breakfast was simple and okay, it didn’t detract from the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!
