Have stayed here a few times. The staff are always polite and attentive. The Breakfast is unbeatable and the Evening meal choices in the restaurant catered for all tastes. It is conveniently located to Naga Centro will all the shopping you could wish for. The Bistro Roberto which offers night time entertainment by way of bands and dancing was attached to the hotel but also accessible to non residents with its own entrance for a great night out with family and friends. I visited this time for Christmas and New Years and the hotels festive decorations were lovely.

Clean and very secure.Staff very helpful.close to Robinsons Mall shops and eating places.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the underground parking, the breakfast spread, and above all the water coolers in every corridor. Very eco sensitive. No wastage of plastic. The staff were very professional, and helped me go around - I was there for only one night, but they were able to guide me to do whatever I could in the short period that the city was open on Christmas Eve. The food recommendations for local delicacies was awesome. Am grateful for the suggestions.

Everything. The room was very comfy and clean. The staff are great service. And the Buffet was luscious. Surely we'll be back again.

From the moment we checked in to our check-out time, everything was seamless. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and service-oriented vibes. Our room? Spacious, spotless, and dressed to impress. The toilet and bath were just as roomy. The interiors had that simple yet elegant, well-thought-out aesthetic. Bonus points for cable TV and Netflix. Breakfast deserves its own commendation. The beef tapa was gloriously savory, and the pancakes were good, too. What truly sealed the deal was their thoughtful gesture for my parents’ upcoming anniversary. I asked if they could help me prepare a simple surprise greeting. Not only did they say yes, they surprised us with a sweet greeting card that genuinely made my parents’ day. It was such a small touch, but it spoke volumes about their heart for service. All in all, an awesome stay. If you’re in Naga and wondering where to book, this is the best place to go to.

Good ambience, accommodating staff and excellent service

I love how friendly and helpful all the staffs in Uma Hotel ❤️ We are only planning to stay for one night but decided to extend one more day. The area is near the famous Basilica of Peñafrancia and SM Naga. They have a lot of fast food restaurants around the area too. Makes it easy for us to choose what we want to eat the whole day. The in-house dining is also worth it. Loved the foods!

Accommodating and neat and clean

The rooms were incredibly spacious, everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing, and the heated pool was a huge bonus for night swimming. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped organise airport transfer for us as we had a last minute change of plans.

Amazing staff very clean highly recommended

Within the city….safe place.

No breakfast, we have to go outside to look for open restaurants or fastfood

Near in the terminal bus station

The location is very near to bank with ATM machine, malls, and food hubs.

I watched the workers a lot. Everyone seemed to legitimately care about their specific job. The rooms director happened to be floating from one post to another handling lots of various things. The restaurant Mgr and door man referenced me by name!
