If you are planning to travel to Balabac, I definitely recommend you to stay here. This beach camp is owned by a lovely family which made everything to make us comfortable. The bedroom was very cosy and the food was exceptional. Nothing to say about the toilets and bathrooms, overall this was a perfect experience. The owner can also help you to organise the transfer from/to Puerto Princesa at a reasonable price, I recommend doing so.

So amazing that we changed our trip schedule to come back and stay for a second time! The best beach and clearest water we found in all our time in the Philippines! Delicious breakfast on what feels like a private beach in the mornings. Comfortable yurt style tents with aircon right in the beach. Darryn and Alona were great hosts and we loved the fresh seafood! Writing about it now I miss the island again! Just breathtaking views and stunning water to swim high tide and low tide all day long. There are a few boats of tourists that visit during the day but it didn't bother us at all as there's plenty of space and was nice to people watch. I felt sorry for them that they weren't staying on the island and you could tell that they did too. Can't wait to return again.
