We loved this boutique hotel and stayed for 5 nights. The staff are so welcoming and kind and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, which is perfect. The large balcony/outdoor area outside of the room is a massive bonus. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The room is spotless and was cleaned daily. The shower is hot with good water pressure. We especially liked how breakfast was served to the balcony every morning. It was such a nice treat! The breakfast was consistently delicious. The pool area was always clean and tranquil. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to Port Barton!

Absolutely loved this hotel - food was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooftop restaurant and pool area was awesome. Our stay at Ursula Resort was simply amazing. The entire team was super friendly, helpful, and took care of all our requests and needs immediately. The whole place is designed with so much love. The rooms are very comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The feel of the place great and unwind while also enjoying great adventures. I highly recommend taking a day tour to the islands, which can be booked directly from the hotel. We visited three islands and experienced breathtaking natural scenery, adorable fish, and an impressive variety of marine life. I recommend to plan the arrival on the day because of the tides. A huge thank you to the entire team at Ursula Beach Resort – I can’t wait to come back!

I don`t know where to begin I don`t know were to end! This was one of the best experiences when it comes to hotels, and we are really travelling a lot. This is the easiest evaluation I`ve ever done, because simply everything was more than perfect. I begin with the staff that was over the top. Friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Supernice to our 3 kids, they really created memories that last. Wonderful rooms with spectacular views, clean, modern, nice. Beautiful bathrooms and showers. Private notes and cookies and bites to the room every day. Minibar, Coffee machine, wonderful balkony. The whole setting within a beautiful botanical garden. Wonderful beach in front of the hotel, spectacular infinity pool diretcly at the beach but just for hotel guests. Superb breakfast, airport pick up, shuttle to beaches. Nice beachbar with delicious food and drinks. Perfect location, quiet. Top! If I could I´d give 20 out of 10 points! Just book it if you want to be happy :-)

We stayed on their glamping and it was pure nature glam! We can hear the cricket orchestra and theblooming flowers. The staff were smiling and helpful and we had endless greetings! Rica from reception assisted us all through out and she said bye to us as she was of on our check out. The breakfast was excellent choices! Filipino -asian to western and locals! The booking for our tour were excellent! The dinner food were great!! We enjoyed it! They are very sustainable and love their approach to their industry and nature they have turtle egg hatching boxes and i heard they also have the hell clean up Nacpan project with their guest. I have been picking plastic and bottles. I hate to see this island ruined to overgrowth of industry. Of its also roman tic they sep up a beach front decors for our dinner and it was beautiful with arches flowers and lights at the seafront sand. We stayed here for 4 nights and i hope we can comeback very soon! Nacpan we love you!

The rooms circle the pool (crystal clear), restaurant and pool table and are all on ground level so everything at your doorstep. The room was a good size for 2, comfortable beds and pillows. Large shower (not a lot of water pressure, but sufficient). It is a little oasis. Book tours easily for hotel pick up. Not much to see in the surrounding area but a short ride into town is inexpensive. The staff are lovely. The guests have been very chill and respectful in keeping with the quiet vibe. I really did relax here - perfect for me!

maybe this is the hotel with the best location in the town, the hotel is clean, it was not a humid room as most write, they have humidifiers that you can empty every night and everything will be fine. the taraca on the roof is the best. A small recommendation, but not a complaint - put a small refrigerator (minibar) for water, when you come back from a trip and you want to drink cold water in the room. we enjoyed ourselves and the hotel is excellent!

The most beautiful resort we’ve ever been to! Every corner of it is magical, the villas are stunning, the staff is wonderful, and the food and drinks at the hotel are delicious! And the spa—wow! An incredible experience! It’s important to know that the prices are high since this is a luxury resort, but it’s truly worth the investment. Local people are polite, cheerful and helpful. Easy to get around town by tuktuk, although streets are narrow with no sidewalks. Staff at bacau bay are well trained in service. Staff were attentive to requests and offered assitance readily. The sunset viewing deck and bar was an exceptional experience. There are no accessible beaches around the town of coron, but there are plenty of tours to coron island. The ultimate tour was an amazing experience, especially snorkling in corel reefs, and swimming in pristine lagoons

The city is fantastic, a mix of city and well preserve tourists spots like the underground river and the Sabang river. The love of nature and its will to take care of the island despite being a tourist destination of the world is commendable. PALAWAN is definitely a must go and see. The city is not exploited , the food is very good and the price fear.

If you're looking for a beautiful tropical island to visit,...

If you're looking for a beautiful tropical island to visit, put this one on your list. It's relatively uncrowded, the people are very pleasant and the vistas are jaw dropping. If you are a diver, and have an interest in WWII, you will find an incredible 11 Japanese wrecks to dive. I'd recommend Pirate Divers, they are very professional and very conservative when it comes to evaluating risks. They also know the wrecks like their second home. Coron is a bustling town with good food and pleasant people, but the beauty of the island is the back country. I liked it enough in December that I'm returning in February. To get around, I'd suggest renting a scooter. If you are new to powered two wheel vehicles stay out of Coron, and pay attention to the roads, there are some surprisingly tight turns. Otherwise, since it is relatively uncrowded you should be fine.

Small little get away.

Small little get away. Plenty of stray dog in the area begging for food. I haven’t seen one vendor or business helping/providing support for them. Although the dogs are very friendly, seeing them in poor condition pulled some heart strings. If business in the area can provide support for the dogs, provide access to water or ask/set up dog food donation, tourist are more inclined to help. I believe this is their home, giving them access to dog food and water is something the tourist and businesses could do to help them.

Aside from Mount Tapyas there isn't really a lot to do in Coron Town itself (aside from eateries and souvenir stores), so one should definitely book a tour. We loved snorkeling at Siete Pecados; because it's a protected marine sanctuary, the corals are healthy and gorgeous with lots of fish to be seen (please keep it that way by not going too shallow and stepping on the corals). There was a bit of a current when we were there, so good to be watchful for that. Kayaking in the Twin Lagoon was another highlight, so peaceful and relaxing. Kayangan Lake was too crowded for our taste and it was quite annoying to have to wear the life jackets (since we're relatively good swimmers). I don't know how many shipwrecks there are on the various tours, but the one we saw was overrated if you're not a freediver. Mount Tapyas is doable if you're reasonably fit (though it did leave us with muscle ache the next day and we run short distances regularly). Go at sunrise or sunset to avoid the heat, or on a cloudy day like we did. The view is great and it's a fun little activity you can do in-between.
