Also very helpful when you need information to go around Puerto. - Appreciated the free hot & cold drinking water the hotel provides. - The price is very reasonable, considering the spacious bedroom we had. - The location is quiet and peaceful, a 3-block away from the busy area, which makes it relaxing when you’re having a night stroll with your partner. - Palawan seems to have brownouts quite often, but this hotel has its own generator so you won’t have to worry about losing power.

I've loved this hostel!! I've been staying in different hostels for months, and this is definitely the best of all. The place is very beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable.Each bed has curtains for added privacy.The bathroom and showers are very clean, and the decoration is fantastic. The food in the restaurant is some of the best I've had on my trip, and the staff is very attentive; they helped me with everything to plan my trip in Palawan. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!.

This hostel has it all. Wonderful staff (shout out to Joy and Johna) Great location - in the centre of El Nido, overlooking ocean. Water refill station on both floors. Nice snack breakfast Clean and comfortable rooms with locker provided inside of the bed, doors to have privacy and huge and clean bathrooms. The staff is cleaning constantly floor, bedrooms, bathroom and communal area. Bonus -great and stable WiFi for someone who works online- one of the best in Palawan (if not the best). Fully recommended

We really loved staying here- it was one of the best places we stayed at in Palawan! The architecture, as the rest of the comments say, is truly stunning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook. We loved lounging in the hammocks and walking around the small village area around the hostel. It was really easy to book and plan activities right at the hostel. Our host was really great and helped with everything! You will also get to meet a few furry friends. :)

Amazing facilities, beautifully decorated, they really spent a lot of time with the details to make it a very luxurious experience. We had a unit with a deep bathtub and it was so nice to soak after a hot Philippines day. The decor is beautifully arranged, the pool is immaculate, the service is exceptional and the staff are so friendly and helpful even more than average Philippines. I can't give enough praise for this place. I will definitely return here if and when we visit Palawan.

Kuya Luelle was very helpful. We were able to conveniently and confidently explore Palawan from North to South with his help. The area is near Honda Bay but is not too far from the city. There's a nearby mall, so we were able to get our essentials since we stayed quite long. The place is huge. It's like an apartment since it also has a kitchen and living room. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place. Everything is superb!

The property was very clean and well maintained. It is walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping. The Italian restaurant down stairs was very good. We are doing a world tour and have traveled over 60 countries over the last year and I have to say that I haven’t seen a manger of a hotel so involved in ensuring guests satisfaction. The staff deserve a 6* as they were all exceptional. Thank you for making our stay memorable in Palawan!

Would give 6/5 if I could, absolutely unreal spot and resort. Felt right at home and the staff and owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable our entire stay. Super quiet spot was perfect for relaxing peacefully. The staff would be accommodating, packaging our left overs from supper to reheat at breakfast for us, the food was also amazing, some of the best we had in the Philippines! When we return to Palawan we will be returning!

I spent 17 days at the Hotel Puerto Pension. I felt at home. The staff, whether at breakfast (thanks Marko and team) or at reception (thanks Christine and team) always looked after me very well, always helpful with information about trips on Palawan or other questions (good tips). I will definitely visit the beautiful island again and spend my next vacation with the friendly staff at Puerto Pension. Thank you all very much.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to my needs as I am traveling with a dog. Rooms are good. Complementary shuttle from the airport. They allowed me to leave my suitcase for a few weeks while I was traveling in Palawan for no extra cost, and they even offered me a complementary shuttle to the airport when I went to pick up my suitcase. I’ll definitely stay there if I am back to puerto princesa.

Amazing experience that I never had before in a hotel in Southeast Asia! The staff is extremely nice at every moment you are in the hotel, making sure you are having the best time. Awesome private beach and spa services to relax and make your time in El Nido even greater, with a moment of rest from the island hoping boats. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Palawan for their vacation!

Everything new and clean, staff very kind and accommodating. Hot showers, comfortable beds. BEAUTIFUL rooftop with great drinks. The hotel’s restaurant (Ver De) was the best food we ate in Palawan (we aren’t even vegetarian but this vegan/vegetarian food was delicious). Free bottled water and some extras which make the place feel special. Location could not be more central.

Very nice lady at the reception desk - she helped us to order transport to airport and trip to fireflies. Hotel has perfect location near airport and it is very cheap. If you are flying from Palawan in the evening I highly recomend you to spend the reamaining time after check-out in hotel just across the street - there is nice pool which you can use just for 150 pesos.

This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Palawan. The staff were all very helpful especially when booking us onto tours and experiences. The free airport transfer was also really helpful and efficient even after our flight was delayed. Had all the amenities you could need and felt very safe. We would definitely book again if we return to Palawan.

The property is comfortable and in a good central location. I stayed 3 nights in total using the hotel before going to the south and after return before going to the north. As well as the night before my flight out of Palawan. There is a great music band playing a few nights per week in front of the hotel. Unfortunately rarely costumers enjoying it.

Simply the best homestay we had in the Philippines so far ! Linda is so nice and welcoming. The room was big and comfortable, shower is working very well (good cold and hot shower pressure, pretty rare in Palawan). We chose it because it was close to the airport and only stayed one night before our flight, but we would have stayed more for sure.

Clean spacious rooms, a decent-sized swimming pool, and a relaxed vibe. Perfect place for the last day in Palawan before the next day departure from PPS airport. Basic amenities in the room, perfectly working aircon and Wi-Fi. Big shopping mall not far away and within walking distance to the beach. For the price - big yes.

The location is outstanding. The food is really good, some of the best we've had in Palawan. One thing to keep in mind is that the payments could only be done in cash (they accept USD as well). The lunch ranges between 350-550 pesos and the dinner is between 450-680 pesos, with two to four options to pick from.

What We really like about the Ridge Coron is that it offers exceptional service. the rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. the view from their restaurant is stunning. food is reasonably priced as well. hotel staff are very professional. It's an excellent choice when visiting Coron Palawan.

its our first time in Palawan, and were happy we stayed in Hue Hotel. Location is perfect and very convenient. Accessible to mall restaurants and near to airport. Staffs are very much friendly , polite and accommodating. Food is great as well. Overall service is exeptional, like a 5star hotel.
