This hotel is a gem! It's tucked away a bit from the city center, but it's perfectly located near all the major tourist spots. This is our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back again and again. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. We especially loved the guy at the front desk (though I can't remember his name!). We would have appreciated if they provided hairdryer, as we prefer showering at night and the cool air from the electric fan doesn't dry our hair effectively. Everything else was top-notch! We spent 5 days and 4 nights here, and it was pure bliss. Even the staff at the nearby 7-11 were so kind and welcoming – truly a great experience all around. For us, Casa Bel Inn is the best! It's worth every penny and more. We'll be back!

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean and it's safe. The location also is alongside the road so is easy to navigate.

It’s also away from city traffic so very quiet at night - I slept like a baby. I left my luggage there for few nights as I had to travel light to Bontoc and mount Pulag. My belongings were safe and sound. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay was very comfortable even though we didn't have a view of the park our room had all we needed. The restaurant served nice traditional Filipino food, the buffet breakfast was fantastic a lot of choices. The hotel staff were all friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. We are happy to book again when we get back.
