The staff were friendly and accommodating. The view was breathetaking from our hotel reception and room. There was even a view deck that we can access. It was convenient to move around as we were provided transport for our tours and going around the city centre. It was a very relaxing holiday.

What I liked most about this hotel was the excellent service from the staff. Hazel at the front desk was incredibly sweet, professional, and helpful, from check-in to check-out. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is away from the city crowd yet still conveniently within the city vicinity. They have a lovely garden where you can relax at their coffee shop. The café staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing scented candles at the coffee shop tables, not just for aesthetics, but also to help with mosquitoes. The presence of mosquitoes is understandable given the lush garden setting. I also truly appreciate that the hotel hires members of the older generation in their main restaurant. It’s a great example of not discriminating based on age. The ladies there give such a warm, motherly feeling, you can truly sense that the food is prepared and served with love, especially with the nanays taking care of the guests.

This hotel is a gem! It's tucked away a bit from the city center, but it's perfectly located near all the major tourist spots. This is our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back again and again. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. We especially loved the guy at the front desk (though I can't remember his name!). We would have appreciated if they provided hairdryer, as we prefer showering at night and the cool air from the electric fan doesn't dry our hair effectively. Everything else was top-notch! We spent 5 days and 4 nights here, and it was pure bliss. Even the staff at the nearby 7-11 were so kind and welcoming – truly a great experience all around. For us, Casa Bel Inn is the best! It's worth every penny and more. We'll be back!

Complete set of utensils and for cooking.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean and it's safe. The location also is alongside the road so is easy to navigate.

Thank you Lany and your family for making my stay enjoyable! The facilities are clean and the bed comfy. The family who runs the place are super friendly. It’s also away from city traffic so very quiet at night - I slept like a baby. I left my luggage there for few nights as I had to travel light to Bontoc and mount Pulag. My belongings were safe and sound. I highly recommend this property.

The staffs are really friendly and accommodating.

Extremely helpful front desk staff. Helped with our onward journey bookings graciously. Booked at golden pine hotel for one night extended to 2 more nights! Excellent location . Walking distance to park , mall etc

Good food, great staff and reasonable prices

It is near tourist spots and walking distance from burnham park. Taxis arrive quickly also at such an easily accessible place. The room's size is just right, heater is working well. There's a restaurant and spa at the 2nd floor. The food is nice. Sinigang na bangus is a must try

The peaceful calmness, and the cleanliness of the place was amazing! The staff were very kind and helpful especially the receptionist (day/night).
