Staff was really nice, we arrived really late but they were okay with it and even let us check out later.

I rarely give 10 star reviews but this was excellent. Arrived at Kraków Airport at 11pm. Called the hotel to request a transfer, they immediately responded and within 5 minutes the van was there to pick me up. 3 minutes Airport to hotel. Check in was also super smooth. Excellent facilities, spotless clean and spacious room with comfy bed. Next morning I had my transfer back to the airport, which was just as smooth. Stag was very polite, on perfect time. Can't fault a thing.

The reception can speak English and polite

Hotel right by the airport 20 min walk or 5 min by car .Reasonably priced and clean . Room was small but for a few hour layover was perfect .Will stay there again

Clean rooms, close to the airport

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and it turned out to be very convenient — the taxi ride took only 10 minutes. The hotel is very clean, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a kettle, coffee, tea, and sugar. The bathroom was spotless too. There is staff at the reception during the day, but no one is there at night. However, the self-checkout instructions are very clear and easy to follow. A great choice for anyone with an early flight or a late arrival. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very accommodating and flexible, lovely food

My room was quiet and comfortable - and I appreciated the amenities - big towels, coffee and water in room, hot showers, lots of pillows. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the hotel staff are always so kind and helpful. And it is so convenient to the airport - I love this hotel!

Our stay at Zinar Castle was nothing short of magical — an experience we will cherish for a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that we immediately felt at home. Every interaction was thoughtful and attentive without ever feeling intrusive — a rare balance that truly elevated our stay. The castle itself is absolutely breathtaking. The architecture, interiors, and surroundings create a unique blend of elegance and tranquility. The terrace, in particular, offers one of the most stunning views we have ever seen — and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts, as it is where my husband chose to propose. It simply could not have been more perfect. The amenities are of the highest standard: beautifully designed rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and a serene atmosphere that allows you to fully unwind. Every detail feels carefully curated, from the comfort of the beds to the peaceful ambiance throughout the property. A special thank you to the entire team for creating such an unforgettable experience. Your dedication, kindness, and attention to detail made this moment in our lives even more extraordinary. We cannot recommend this place enough — and we will absolutely return.

Excellent breakfast. Spacious parking. Good shower. Very close to autostrada.

The room is beautifully spacious, comfortable and very soundproofed considering it next to a busy road. Breakfast was good, the coffee excellent. Always interesting seeing different countries cuisine. Staff were very helpful. Perfectly situated to get to the airport for an early flight.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.

Location is far from center, but if you love a mysterious, cinematic atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. The hotel has a distinct Twin Peaks vibe that feels incredibly cozy yet wonderfully surreal. It is exceptionally quiet, making it the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and get a great night's sleep.
