The place is amazing and the host are outstanding. The property is new and super clean. The dining and cooking facilities are huuuuuuuge - you get all the utensils imaginable. Bath is modern and new shower cabins are every traveller's big yes factor. The view from the window is breathtaking and the morning coffee outside with mountain view is something else. If you do yoga - grab a matt - its super picturesque. Loved the place. Bonus point - there is ample parking space as well here. This is amazing for a weekend break near Krakow, I drove like 1.5 hours. There's a shop nearby like 3 minutes walk with all necessities - like a news agents essentially but with lots of food in such a compact space - Adam's Delikatesy - I am sure I misspelt it though. I hear there is an Aquapark nearby too - so it's fab for vacation with kids for those in Krakow and Katowice.

This place is REAL apartment. Forget about those fake apartments that turn out to be cleverly presented single room with electric kitchen. Here, I paid less that for my previous stay in one room place and got a literal flat! Seriously, it's literally half of the house! Free Wi-Fi works, and has no stupid configuration limitations (all protocols are allowed, no webfilters in place, so IT guys can work in peace and there will be no problems connecting to company vpn).

bedrooms - sufficient size, comfortable beds. bathroom on each floor with bedrooms (2 bedrooms per 1 bathroom) + additional toilet on the ground space enough parking space at the entrance to the area (not that comfortable esp for bigger cars directly by the house but still good to have) fast internet facilities like waching machine, microwave etc we all enjoyed our time in the house, our kids esp appreciated the stairs:)

There are 3 houses on the property which are located in a quiet village in the mountains, not too far from the main road to Zakopane. We went there in the middle of winter and were not so lucky with the weather. There was a blizzard and tons of snow, so all the outdoor activities were quite limited. If you're going there in winter by car, you definitely need to take chains for the wheels, because there's ice underneath the snow on the surface and the roads are pretty steep. We got stuck just a couple of kilometers away from the property and if it hadn't been for the chains, I don't know how we would have gotten out of there. The host was very helpful and welcoming. He met us and helped with the chains for the wheels (it's tricky to put them on, if you're inexperienced like me), showed us around the house, helped with the grill and the fireplace. As it was snowing all the time, he cleaned the roads on the property just in time. Generally he is a very open and friendly man. The house itself is perfectly clean and modern, while preserving the charm of the traditional mountain houses of the area. Wi-fi, shower, kitchen utensils, central heating, the fireplace - everything was fully functioning and in an excellent condition. No strange smells and hairs on the linen. There were some fruits, cereal, milk, bread, water prepared for our stay, which was very nice. There's everything you need for a grill and a fireplace, including logs, matches and etc. As it was winter, there were even sledges available, so it was a good fun for the kids. Also there's a possibility to rent a traditional wooden hot tub for additional payment. Generally, it's a good place to stay with a company of friends, but not the best option if want privacy and silence.
