Best hotel not only in Sierakowice but in Kartuzy. I’ve been in this region for many times, and it was surprising that this newly built hotel is just exceptional. The hospitality is also great. The owner welcomed us warmly, the check-in process was very efficient and you have parking places right outside the hotel building. Highly recommended, and will definitely stay here next time.

A fabulous hotel, spa and restaurant. I really enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the view from our room across the peaceful lake. The hotel is nicely appointed with nice decor, creative but not weird. The spa jacuzzi, pool and sauna very relaxing, especially as we had it to ourselves for the hour we were there. The restaurant is top - very much enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. Really nice staff too. Very friendly and welcoming.

Perfect location, picturesque surroundings at any time of year. The host is wonderful, there are lots of attractions for kids, our kids spent all the time outdoors despite misty, drizzly weather. The lodges are well equipped with absolutely everything you need and they’re very clean.

The hotel had a beautiful pool that provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun. I especially loved the personal access to the sauna, which added a touch of luxury to the experience. The holiday house had a cozy and inviting vibe, making it a pleasant retreat. Unfortunately, several aspects of my stay were disappointing. The shower in my room was leaking, which made using the bathroom inconvenient. I was also frequently disturbed by unusual sounds coming from the pool area and the electrical system, which detracted from the peace I expected during my stay. The most unpleasant surprise was discovering that electricity charges were not included in the booking price, and I had to pay extra for it upon check-out. This unexpected expense felt unfair and significantly diminished my overall experience. Given the cost of the stay, I believe such charges should have been transparently communicated or included in the price. While the hotel has some appealing features, such as the pool, sauna, and pleasant atmosphere, the unresolved maintenance issues and hidden electricity charges made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped. Improvements in transparency and facility upkeep would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience.
