Good value accommodation and I was able to book it the same day when my plans changed.

Given it was not high-season, it was pretty few guests and only czech and Polish guests. Staff was great, felt like a few young women ran around handling everything, so sometimes had to wait a while to find someone in reception etc. But it did not matter -- just added to the off beat, country feeling. Staff was great, but did not speak much english -- not an issue as google translate took care of that --all just part of the experience. Restaurant was also able to produce a really good dinner, so can recommend to try that. Good location with a nice view of the lake from the terrace. plenty of parking on the property. We rented bikes next door and biked around the lake -- great ~40k route.

The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. The location was great. And for the first ever family trip with the dog - we could not have chosen a better place.

Very kind reception personnel, nice pool and leisure facilities, very nice breakfast. Good location if you appreciate some easy walk to the town.

Very good location when visiting the region, 1.5km away walking from Czerwony klasztor. Very polite and nice stuff, clean, fresh and feels modern even tho it's a historical place. Spacious room, dressing gown, herbal tea, kettle.

Localisation, good food, spa area

Breathtaking views of the mountains, right in the centre of Szczawnica. Spacious room - almost a suite - with balcony and very comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice, beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. We did not try the pool and spa, but are planning to come back for a week of treatments.

Great location. Walking distance from most visited places. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast is very good and rich in options. I will probably stay there again in the future.

Amazing location at the bank of on Grajcarek. Good restaurants at the site and amazing spa. The staff was really kind and helpful.

Everything is clean, nice restaurant, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, it is silent outside.

Good location - both Pieniny and Tatra mountains are very close. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Will definitely consider for our next stay in this area.
