The 5-star Hotel Aquarius SPA is located 1804 feet from the wide sandy beach in Kołobrzeg and only 427 feet from a seaside park. Excellent staff, nice rooms, super location.
The 4-star Shuum Boutique Wellness Hotel is located just 230 feet from a wide sandy beach and stands next to a beautiful, tranquil seaside park. It offers air-conditioned rooms and free Wi-Fi. I had a chance to be a guest of the hotel last year and so I saw a great improvement after hotel renovation of 2017. The room standard was very good- quiet, nicely designed rooms (light pastel colors), bigger shower in the room, bed still a bit narrow but overall slept well. Hotel kept up to the very high quality of food with the breakfast buffet (fresh waffles) and wide selection of healthy food. We also enjoyed dinners at the 'al a carte' restaurant - I recommend the veterinarian curry. We had a chance to use upgraded finish sauna with amazing glass-floor view on the forest. The hotel service remained amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and come back next year - even though it's a bit pricey now.

Located in the center of Kołobrzeg, Hotel New Skanpol is only 656 feet from Kołobrzeg Railway Station. It offers an aqua center featuring a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and wet and dry saunas. Very nice and cozy hotel. Great value for money. Rich breakfast. Great location close to the train station.

Smaller basic city. GREAT military museum. Lots of little history sites. Loved having signs in English, and German. Off season, good for a 2 day 1 night stay. 24-36 hour trip. Maybe longer in summer.
Kolobrzeg is a great place for spend time autumn and spring - when no music and parties ;-) We like quiet so we choose Mai for holiday and spend wonderful time walking a long time along the beach. Of course, water temperature don't let you swim but storm makes mini-lakes on the beach where you can step and feel warm clean luxury water :-)
Kolobrzeg has a wide sandy beach and a nice pier. I do recommend taking a stroll along the beach. Make sure to ascend the lighthouse as it gives some great views of the surrounding area. If you look for a nice place to have lunch or dinner, go to Pergola on the seaside promenade. You may also admire a beautiful sunset from its terrace. Kołobrzeg is a health resort where you can treat yourself to some spa treatment. If you have time, go check out the city center (town hall and cathedral) or go conquer the sea on a pirate ship.
Kolobrzeg is not welcome for foreigners. Especially if you have dark skin , they categorised you like refugess or something like that. It was so funny that they react like this , which has no refugess on their land. People have lots of stereotypes. if you have mediterenean look , they are looking you really strange. When you start a conversation , they first asking your religion which was really funny to understand their interests and perspective. We went another 5 star hotel (Aquarius) for club , they try to hit us every night without any reason. When we are sitting in the bar , someone throw in front of us his glass , some said really bad words without we hadnt any conversation with them. One tried to hit my friend when he was smoking outside alone. Fazit , if you are german or foreigner , it doesnt matter for them . They are not really welcome . They have no future on tourism , if they react like this. Its better if they can make tourism for their local visitors. Not good for foreigners.

The room is about exactly as pictured on the Booking.com site. The villa with its nice garden is quite cosy, even though towards the street things are a bit noisy. There is no breakfast served, but you may buy everything you need in the big Carrefour supermarket 100m from the villa. For us, the distance to the beach area was quite ok (40min walking, 7 min by motorcycle) . We felt very welcome and do recommend this homestay, and of course we suggest visiting Kołobrzeg!

Good breakfast. One coffee machine causing lines. Restaurant menu and food excellent. Spacious room with a second bathroom and sleeping room on the semi-erected floor. The funny thing about the bathroom is that it has glass walls and is fully transparent - for those who have nothing to hide. :-)

The hotel is located extremely close to the beach and the pier. The staff is nice and helpful except for the lady at the breakfast (see what I didn't like). We stayed in the superior rooms on the ground floor. The are nicely renovated, comfortable (good mattresses) with a spacious terrace.

Whole place smells like old people, apart from that it's a good enough hotel for a weekend stay. You can see that it's mainly focused on old german/nordic people as most information papers have german translation and not english.
