The staff was very helpful, be it the reception or the restaurant. All very sweet and attentive. The biggest "Thank you" definitely goes to the reception - the young man during my check-in and those two lovely guys I encountered on the day of my departure. The room was extremely comfortable, offering everything one might need. I paid for additional breakfast and I was very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely come back next time!

great hotel in a fab location, we arrived before the check in time but we left our bags and they were put in the room when we returned later in the day. Nice touch of a bottle of fizz on ice to welcome us to Krakow. room was very comfy, a little small but we only used it for sleeping! staff very accommodating. breakfast was great, could order hot food if required. cherry vodka is my new favourite breakfast drink!!!
