The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything with a carrefour express just on the other side of the street. The adjacent restaurant served delicious food that I really recommend to try. The room was very good when it came to the soundproofing and the climate, there was no noise at all from outside and the AC kept the room in a comfortable temperature. The staff was very well accommodating, we arrived around 2AM and there was no issue at all to check in with the 24/7 staffed reception.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My bus was late, and I came to the hotel at almost 2am. But I was greeted by a friendly young lady and received a room immediately, could at once relax, and slept well. The room is quite big, clean and quiet. Wifi works well and there is a convenient electricity socket for a pc, and a place to work. Complementary water was also a good idea! Both iron and an iron board are in the room, an electric tea pot with tea bags, and a hair dryer. The breakfast in the morning was good, fruit, hot and cold items, coffee and tea, waffles, and much more.

The breakfasts were exceptional, fresh and lots of variety, the room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and helpful - especially towards our dog :) she was welcomed everywhere without any issues The garden is absolutely stunning and so is the decor of all the buildings The restaurant next to the hotel is amazing, the food was delicious and served beautifully, dog friendly too

Parking included, breakfast enough, room and bed OK, bathroom very nice, heating warm water, full size mirrow, elevator, gym (I did not use, but went to see), no issue with late arrival (1am); invoice prepared based on Booking info, no additional questions, very well orgnizsed hotel not too far from Balice airport. For a one night stay during business trip it was an excellent spot.

Really great hotel for what we needed. Had no intention of going to Krakow town centre, so this hotel offered a perfect location for easy trips out of town (to Jura Krakowsko Czestochowska). There is a good restaurant on site as well.
