The staff were superb, so kind & helpful. for example, they already informed me that there was a wedding on the day, so as I needed a quiet room (long drive the next day) they gave me a room on the 3rd floor, far from the event. There was ample parking, the hotel was incredibly clean, food was great, room was excellent, bed was very comfortable & I will be booking there every time I go back to that are. Thank you to everyone there.

The room had just been refinished and was very pleasant.

The room had just been refinished and was very pleasant. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant was good. Unfortunately the doors were not sound proof and I could hear the company in the opposite room loud and clear. There were no clothes hangers in the cupboard, nor a hook anywhere. Breakfast in the restaurant was being served only from later on (08.30?) but instead they brought a very copious breakfast to your room at the requested time.

Exceptionally clean room, very well equipped, not a standard hotel room but a lovely homely feel with very nice furniture and little touches, a great location overlooking the lake, very comfy king size bed and all you need in the bathroom. A fantastic restaurant with great food and outdoor area. We had a dinner and breakfast there and both were delicious and I can definitely recommend. Lovely staff.

It’s clean. Old hotel, but clean. Nice location. Quiet. Amazing breakfast. Really clean and cozy swimming pool. We had a wonderful rest with my husband and kids and refreshed in the swimming pool before a long road trip through Vilnius back to our home town to Tallinn.

Dobra lokalizacja - krótki spacer do centrum Serocka i nad Narew. Zadbana zieleń na terenie obiektu. Smaczne śniadania z jajkami od miejscowych gór, wędlinami robionymi na miejscu i pysznym pieczywem (również wypiekanym na miejscu). W restauracji bardzo smaczna pizza.
