When we checked in Edwardo was exceptional. He looked after everything in an efficient and professional manner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The variety of food was great. Our room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned daily. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I have told all my friends and highly recommend this accommodation.

The room and the public areas were beautifully decorated and the shower was great. The area around the hotel seemed a little sketchy at first, but there were a lot of nice things about it. We discovered couple of nice cafes and an area where the buildings were all painted with murals. We did enjoy our stay.

Over the weekend, the hotel became completely full and I was once again left without options, while most other hotels in the city were also fully booked. Instead of turning me away, they made sure I was safe and allowed me to remain in the lobby. What truly stood out was what happened next: around midnight, when a room unexpectedly became available, they immediately prepared it so I could finally rest and continue my stay. They didn’t have to go to those lengths—but they did Throughout everything, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and sincere. Traveling alone in a new city can be overwhelming, and they made me feel safe, and genuinely cared for. The hotel itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, but what makes this place truly special is the people behind it. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel San Jorge to anyone visiting San Juan. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place where people truly look out for you.
