The staff is very friendly, 10/10 for the front desk. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. We choose the hotel for the location as it is close to Surfer's beach and it was perfect. Parking was always available on the hotel property and free. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are a couple of breakfast/dining options at walking distance.

On Añasco Bay, Rincon Beach Resort offers amazing Caribbean Sea views. It features a fine dining restaurant and attractive rooms with seating areas.

I've been a regular customer since the beginning and seeing that it's still the same but constantly improving in every way make me realize the management and personnel has done a fantastic job. This hotel and green areas are gorgeous; the pool area is absolutely beautiful, and the room was very comfortable with a jacuzzi and shower and a balcony overlooking the sea. Congratulations and best wishes for continued success. I will definitely keep coming back, whether as a couple or with the family.

The staff and communication was 100/10 … almost perfect. Johnathan is amazing and caters all your needs , even if it’s last moment type stuff. Great atmosphere and wow e what a gorgeous view ! Great stay and great staff , must stay here for sure !

Great ocean view, good food at the restaurant, beautiful swimming pool and nice bar at the pool, pretty near to Guajataca Tunel, beach and river. Also nearby paseo lineal Isabella and Playa Jobos is a must. We really enjoy everything.
