Great staff all around. The rooms were clean and the pool was refreshing. They are undergoing some renovations which will make the place even nicer. Breakfast was included and the two mornings the breakfast offering were different with a good selection.

The location is very good! Close to shopping center, close to some beaches and also close to the highway to visit San Juan and Dorado. I stayed for two nights and would stay again. An employee was always there 24/7 and the area is pretty safe.

Super cool vintage hotel, I felt like I was going back in time! The location was amazing and close to great shops and restaurants. Absolutely beautiful!

Staff were super friendly and very accomodating. Located centrally, everything in Old San Juan was in walking distance. We had an interior room for one night which suited all our needs. The room was clean and bed was comfy with a huge TV mounted on the opposite wall. Water was all fine - shower, toilet and taps all worked with no restrictions. Also it was so helpful that we could store our luggage with them for free for the whole day.

Beautiful building in fabulous location - easy to walk to many places, very helpful polite staff . I loved the wine and cheese in the afternoon it was a very nice touch and very welcoming. We checked in early and the staff said we could have our room early. Very helpful with arranging transport and trips. I would highly recommend the hotel.

When we checked in Edwardo was exceptional. He looked after everything in an efficient and professional manner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The variety of food was great. Our room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned daily. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I have told all my friends and highly recommend this accommodation.

Awesome location & great service is always a plus. Beautiful pool. Overall facilities Clean and well kept! Comfortable beds, pillows and linen! Breakfast was on point, excellent staff and tasty! Well done! Will stay again for sure!

The staff were very attentive and friendly and extremely helpful. The lady who checked us in even walked us down to the coin laundry and showed us the shared business centre space we could wait in with free wifi and comfortable seating.

The locations, the staff, the rooms, the building. I don't know why there aren't many reviews but this place is really great.
