Great staff all around. The rooms were clean and the pool was refreshing. They are undergoing some renovations which will make the place even nicer. Breakfast was included and the two mornings the breakfast offering were different with a good selection.

The location is very good! Close to shopping center, close to some beaches and also close to the highway to visit San Juan and Dorado. I stayed for two nights and would stay again. An employee was always there 24/7 and the area is pretty safe.

This place is a hidden gem! We loved our stay there and they’re installing a pool soon. Music and restaurant are great here at this beautiful place in Puerto Rico!!! We will be back for sure!!! Gracias Robert de parte de Mario

Super cool vintage hotel, I felt like I was going back in time! The location was amazing and close to great shops and restaurants. Absolutely beautiful!

Staff were super friendly and very accomodating. Located centrally, everything in Old San Juan was in walking distance. We had an interior room for one night which suited all our needs. The room was clean and bed was comfy with a huge TV mounted on the opposite wall. Water was all fine - shower, toilet and taps all worked with no restrictions. Also it was so helpful that we could store our luggage with them for free for the whole day.

Location in middle of old town, close to all bars and restaurants , shops , the roof top pool was a god send , as got so hot walking around sights. Views of sea and harbour great. Building is old colonial type great character . Loved it all .

First stay at this hotel after it changed from the Sheraton hotel. What an improvement, room was fantastic, bar area great. Staff very friendly. Would recommend especially if you are taking a cruise from here as right -by cruise terminal.

The roof top bar is really nice perfect location

Excelent breakfast but I will recomend to give more time. Actually the hours are from 6:30 to 9am, but clients on vacation sleep more time and at least it should be until 10:30am.

There are many things to love about this hotel but it cannot be stressed enough how amazing the staff are. Friendliest most genuine group of hotel staff I’ve ever encountered, they really make you feel so welcome. Plus the rooms were comfy, location is perfect, open bar is incredible!

Quick check in - we arrived earlier and were allowed to check in earlier as the room was ready. Big room. Good quality shampoo and conditioner. Location!

Loved my stay here. The facilities were beautiful and the pool area is really nice; the rooms were huge and very comfortable; and location was great too. Short walk to the Old Town but also far enough away that it was a peaceful retreat from lots of tourists.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
