The property is exactly what it looks like on booking.com & website. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. The restaurant portion of it was delicious but VERY pricey. This place over all though 10/10 recommend. We also had the cutest guest every night, Ginger the hotel cat. Honestly that was just about one of the best parts of the stay. HA HA looking forward to booking my next trip & stay already.

We didn't stay downtown Rincon, but just outside about a 10 minute drive close to Steps Beach, where lots of surfers hang out. The downtown itself seemed very lively and there were some good restaurants that catered to different tastes and different price points. The beach in Rincon itself was quite large and wide and it had fine, yellow sand and beautiful sunsets. Lots of people gathered there to watch the sun go down. It seemed very popular with locals and tourists alike.

Rincon is a lovely tourist town. So many restaurants, and stores- there is something for everyone. A variety of beaches to choose from and beautiful sunsets at the Lighthouse. It is a surfer's paradise!

Avoid booking casa buena vista through booking.com. Booking.com chat is riddled with fraud and scams.
Deceptive booking.com description. This is not a 2br condo. These are 2 separate units on 2 separate floors. A studio and a 1 bed room. Do not book thinking this is a single 2 bedroom unit.
Poor communication between booking.com, rental management, and host. Booking did not provide check in instructions. Had to email host for instructions. Check in instructions are confusing as there are multiple units to check in to not just one. Lock boxes have address numbers on them but the numbers are not provided. Host provided phone number to call with issues for a 3am check in but did not answer phone. A very frustrating booking and check in experience that is easily avoided with accurate property description paired with accurate check in instructions.

Like the beach, the pool, the lobby and the staff.
Like the beach, the pool, the lobby and the staff. Didn't like the room looks faded and there was a lot of rust, room maintenance, bar closed too early, no coffee or water at the lobby no business station

Best place to visit however due to many expats moving in the prices for everything are skyrocketing because well people love to spend here. Once you go you’ll continue to return the many shops and the owners are very welcoming and do treat everyone like family no matter where you go. Favorite spot for me is the Lighthouseaks El Farro, the Balneario Hut and Beach, especially Karaoke Nights, as well as, Rincon Bakery for the huge and tasty breakfast sandwiches to name a few. The area is easy to get to know major businesses are either on Route 115 or 413 so getting lost isn’t really a concern. I would avoid driving into or out of town on Thursday afternoon or evenings due to art night in the plaza many people come in and all school areas out or during school breaks out hours which is anywhere in PR at around 2-230pm..
This was our second time at the Lazy Parrot and we loved it: Huge room, super comfortable bed, big balcony, friendly staff, a nice pool and free coffee! The community areas are really pretty as well and the garden is beautiful. You definitely need a car to get there, but that is true for all of Rincon. But the hotel had free parking, so that was super helpful!
The food was very good and the staff was amazing!! They were always looking forward to make me and my family feel comfortable and pleased. We also had a little issue with one of the rooms door and the maintenance staff was very diligent attending our request. We will definitely return to this hotel!!
Nice location on a beatiful corner of Rincon.
The "private" beach access is very precious.
Unfortunetely our stay was ruined by a leaking AC which wetted mattress / pillows / floors all night.
