An extremely charming ‘local Portuguese’ town with many excellent restaurants on the Tagus river estuary across the vasco de gama bridge from Lisbon. an easy jaunt by car or by the ferry at Montijo. This is a lovely relaxing village, not a place for nightlife and excitement; for that you have to go to lisbon. With that said, the bartenders at Pelourinho make a great Manhattan!JohnUnited States of America

One of the best massage I have ever had. Nice and very clean indoor&outdoor pool. Excellent breakfast. The calm&serenity of the place with the mild wind of the atlantic.. I cannot say enough. We were very tired when we arrived and left fully recharged at the end of our 3 night stay. I highly recommend this resort.
