Our host was the warmest, most generous person! Her lodging was an historic renovation that was beautiful. She greeted us with warmth as well as tea and homemade muffins. Breakfast was a feast of breads and food she has grown, followed be a tour of her farm including a history of cheese making in the region and her own cheese-making facility. She went out of her way to make dinner and an archeological tour reservation! We wished we could have stayed longer!

The place is beatifull, in the middle of the village. Staff are are very nice and we always see high quality and very clean on every visit.

Friendly welcoming owner, offering an excellent value for money stay in this beautiful interior tile-lined passage hotel leading to rooms named after a building of historical significance in the town, also sweeties in little bowls dotted around the hotel was a nice touch. The owners understand the needs of walkers/cyclists. The room was comfortable, yet small (as advertised). The breakfast room looked very inviting but with service starting at 8am & wanting to make an early start, we were offered a takeaway picnic breakfast which we gratefully accepted. Tourism info on offer & recommendations for places to eat. The accommodation is only a 5min walk from the old town centre. Would have loved to stay longer.
