The host, Inez, was very friendly. The room was comfortable. Really enjoyed the fact that it was a working farm. Scenery was fantastic. A very peaceful location. Great view from the pool. Enjoyed having the cats around.

Highly recommended for a relaxing get away accessible by car and near to a country village and beaches. Tastefully decorated rooms, magnificent pool to swim and relax by and enjoy a drink if you like or play tennis. Exceptional breakfast, the best in 5 weeks travel in Spain and Portugal. Sonia and Joaquim are amazing hosts.Should have stayed 3 nights.

Absolutely fantastic hosts. Staying at Figuerinha was not renting a space but participating in the lives of wonderful people who opened their home for us and demonstrated true interest and genuine friendship towards us. We also loved the concept of the place: everything is designed to be natural, beautiful, sustainable and inclusive. It is important to know what to expect when you go there. The breakfasts are delicious with home made jams and natural foods at a round table which you share with other guests. At night tables are lit by candles and you are accompanied by beautiful music sang by frogs and cicadas. You are encouraged to use a community kitchen rather than your own in your apartment. This not a luxury hotel but a country house out among the nature. We fell in love with this place and the hosts. Paula and Alexandre are fantastic people who did literally everything to make our stay an unforgettable experience.
