The proprietor was one of the most welcoming I have encountered in my 80,000km bicycle ride around the world. Greeting us with “Bring the bicycles inside and store them securely on the patio.” Music to a cyclist’s ears! And very friendly and pointing us to the “best restaurant within 100 kilometers.” True! And, conveniently, 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel was charming and super clean and super comfortable. Great beds, a lovely deck overlooking the city (and the finest restaurant for 100kilometers). A really great stay for a weary cyclist—-obrigado! Michael Himes

Wow, this place is such a nice little oasis in Alentejo. Nice garden, pool, and hot tub. You can tell the owners really put a lot of care into fixing the place up. All of the little details are well thought out. The owners Dennis and Anouk are very nice and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the shower has lots of hot water with good pressure. Highly recommend paying for the breakfast. Can't wait to come back

It is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. The owner showed everything and it felt just like home. I'll be there next time I'll travel to that region. The room was very spacious and the bed superb. There is one TV in the living room near the fireplace that makes the living room very cozy.
