Great room (and rate) and facilities/amenities. Staff always courteous and helpful at any hour of the day or night. We never had a meal at the restaurant, so no thoughts one way or the other on it.

Everything!Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, the pool was an extra touch for our pleasure, breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel! Stayed here for 6 nights and loved it. Super nice staff, plenty of free parking on the street and we loved our daily walks into the city. Great Gin & Tonics at the bar! Breakfast was delicious with some local options.

Unique space and concept. Every detail was well done.

I enjoyed my stay the whole time. My highlights: the ocean view from the balcony but also from the restaurant, outdoor and indoor pool; the wonderful pure nature between the hotel and the ocean plus the direct way from the back of the hotel to the beach. Dinner at the restaurant was great, I highly recommend the octopus and as dessert the brownie with caramel.

Hotel is brand new, and facilities are modern and well equipped. Location is nice, open and quiet surroundings and plenty of parking spots . Staff was very friendly and offers good information and advice, thanks to mister Dino. Spa is very stylish and high quality, enjoyable

Excellent and very helpful staff especially Sara at the reception and the gentleman serviced the breakfast for us. Room are very well furnished and it has nice looking at the ocean. The staff met us at the facility door giving us a warm welcome we felt we are home away from home. Thanks to all the staff

Great amenities like restaurant, bar, pizza oven and underground parking. Room was a good size with large bathroom. It was 5 minute walk from amazing pastry shop and sol-mar grocery store. Staff were all very accommodating including the ladies at the front desk, who helped us to print boarding passes, with directions and printing other items. Newton was very helpful with our wine at the bar and giving us information.

The hotel was outstanding! The staff was amazing! Very very helpful and caring, I will definitely stay here again every time I visit Sao Miguel I would like to thank the staff for all their help on making sure our stay was perfect.
