Falagueira

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized, and the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel's location is ideal for travelers, being just a short distance from the airport. The complimentary shuttle service to the city center is a great convenience and makes exploring the city effortless. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable. We especially appreciated the high level of security, as access to the guest floors is only possible with a room key card. One of the highlights of our stay was the wellness area on the second floor. It features a beautiful covered indoor swimming pool, a relaxing spa, and a separate children's area, making it perfect for both couples and families. Fresh towels are readily available, and the facilities are clean, modern, and well maintained. The hotel also provides secure underground parking on level -2 at a reasonable price, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. Dining was another pleasant surprise. The hotel has four restaurants offering a variety of choices, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food. While breakfast can be purchased separately, it offers much better value if included when making the reservation. Overall, this is a stylish, luxurious, and exceptionally well-managed hotel. Its excellent facilities, convenient location, outstanding breakfast, and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

It was a very bad stay, and the hotel did not reach four stars in terms of bad furniture and unavailable room services such as soap, toothbrushes, drinking water, etc. In addition to the severe inconvenience during the length of stay due to maintenance work, working from morning to evening, you cannot sleep.
