Staying at Maison Albar Amoure was nothing short of a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth, kindness, and an attention to detail that turned our stay into something truly special. The hotel itself is exquisite—elegant yet inviting, with thoughtful design choices that make every corner feel luxurious yet deeply comfortable. It’s a sanctuary in every sense of the word. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we felt not just welcome, but truly cared for. They greeted us by name, remembered our preferences, and consistently offered genuine smiles and helpful gestures that made us feel like we were coming home each time we stepped through the doors. Their warmth was sincere, and their level of service is unmatched. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the serene spa, delicious dining, and impeccable cleanliness, everything was flawless. The quality and care put into every detail—down to the scent in the lobby, the softness of the linens, and the way the lighting creates such a calming ambiance—was simply exceptional. We left feeling deeply grateful, rested, and already dreaming of our return. Maison Albar Amoure doesn’t just offer a stay—it offers a feeling of belonging, peace, and quiet luxury. This was the nicest stay I’ve had on my Camino, beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool to refresh tired legs and feet. The whole family make you feel so welcome and there is dinner from locally sourced food and some delicious local wines. If you get a chance I definitely recommend staying here.

Paço de Vitorino is a real gem. Large comfortable rooms, swimming pool with amazing view, pool bar and dinner in the main house. I can go on and on.. We visited as a family with young kids and it was perfect.

The room was very nice and the hotel and restaurant were elegant. We had dinner and breakfast, and both were exceptionally good. The two men who ran the place did not speak English but still managed to convey the very most welcoming and helpful attitudes.
