The location is perfect as it gives you access to the Terranos garden. And it’s lovely to be able to be there and walk around in the morning and evening when it’s less crowded. Other thing that stood out was the amazing staff. The front desk was incredibly helpful and we had terrific servers. One server in particular Carlos really went out of his way to make helpful suggestions to us. We were lucky enough to have him tonight, and he was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly, providing some of the best service I've ever had. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, the pools and spa are incredible. The food (both the restaurant and morning breakfast) was delicious and top quality.

The property has everything you need but is basic, but for the low price you're paying that's what you get. Walkable to downtown Furnas and parking is close by. Small room but again for the low price, you get what you pay for!
