The two sisters running the hotel were very welcoming, going out of their way to look after us. It was out of season and I think we were the only guests. Nevertheless they opened up the games/TV room in the annex for us and served us a wonderful 3 course dinner with wine and coffee for a very reasonable price (also providing vegetarian options for one of our party). The hotel is beautifully positioned by the river, in the centre of the village, with hot springs bubbling up in the public gardens opposite.

The best staff made me feel very comfortable even though I was alone. The location is great and u have the best sunset spot right in the hotels coffee. Amazing dessert buffet!!! And maybe one day they make a spa that would make everything even better.

I absolutely adored how comfortable, clean and well located this property was! The host even sent me a video how to find it, which I found very kind of him. Once i arrived, i only realized that the house is basically standing on the main square of Sao Pedro do Sul (Termas), five minutes walk from the bus stop.

It's a beautiful house in a magical location, after waking up we had the most dreamy mountain views from the balcony. The owner gave us tomatoes and lemons from her garden, and even though she didn't speak any English nor did we speak any Portuguese she was the most wonderful host. Everything was very clean. I would recommend this place a thousand times over, the value for money is unparalleled.

Extremely helpful and knowledgable host. He pointed out good hikes and restaurants in the area and all were outstanding. The main inn was closed for remodeling so we stayed in a cottage on the property which was very clean, comfortable beds, and fully equipped. I would highly recommend this property.

The property is ideal for spending quality time with family...

The property is ideal for spending quality time with family as it has all the facilities and amenities for a pleasant stay. The good-sized swimming pool is a great asset. The hosts are incredibly helpful and do everything to ensure the stay goes as smoothly as possible. Levides is a very peaceful and pleasant location. An experience to repeat. I recommend it.
