I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was by far the worst hotel that has ever claimed to be 5-star. In my opinion, it would struggle to meet the standards of a typical 3-star hotel. The hotel itself was extremely disappointing. The corridors and common areas looked more like a budget workers’ hostel than a luxury hotel. Everything felt cheap and poorly maintained – stained walls, dirty carpets, plastic door handles and low-quality finishes throughout the building. The room itself was perhaps comparable to a basic 3-star hotel: small, plain and lacking any sense of comfort or luxury. The minibar was completely empty, there was no complimentary bottled water, no coffee machine and not even a kettle. There were no slippers or bathrobes either. In the bathroom, there wasn’t even a proper cup for toothbrushes – only a disposable plastic cup. Apart from a hairdryer, TV and air conditioning, the room offered virtually no amenities. The services were equally disappointing and nowhere near 5-star level. Breakfast was served in the neighbouring 4-star hotel and was honestly one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I have experienced. The selection was very limited and much of the food looked dry and as if it had been sitting out for a long time. The only drinks included were water, coffee and inexpensive tea. There was a refrigerator with other beverages, but guests were explicitly warned not to take anything from it. The scrambled eggs were dry and unappetising. I would expect a 5-star hotel to offer fresh fruit, vegetables, vegetarian options and food suitable for guests with dietary restrictions. Instead, before heading to the airport, you can make yourself a piece of toast with cheap jam—but don’t expect much more.

Vana v koupelně, velmi pohodlné postele a tichá lokalita.

Elegantní hotel v perfektní klidné poloze blízko centra, z ulice nebyl slyšet prakticky žádný hluk. Velký pokoj s pohodlnou postelí a se vším potřebným, ocenili jsme hlavně minilednici a varnou konvici. Velmi milý a přátelský personál, perfektní uklid každý den.

Skvely hotel, prijemny personal. Dostupne verejnou dopravou.

My problém neměli.
