The room was super clean and spacious, with a really comfortable bed. The host was very helpful and did their best to help with everything, even an early check-in. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Perfect location. I liked the availability of a washing machine and all the necessary little things, such as clothespins, cutlery, etc.

A wonderful hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was truly top-notch: the lobby, the room, the restaurant and bar, and the spa. Special thanks for the pleasant surprises during our honeymoon. Stunningly beautiful swans made of towels, ice-cold champagne, a delicious cake, and heartfelt congratulations. We were so pleased! Breakfast was always fresh and had a good selection of food. You can even customize your omelette. It was especially nice to see the selection of local cheeses. We're also glad we booked dinner at the hotel. It was a real pleasure to watch the chefs prepare food in the open kitchen and then enjoy their dishes.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, the hotel is also perfectly located and has a great spa area - perfect to relax after a busy day exploring the city!

Everything was just incredible! Peaceful and quiet place with fantastic interior. The excursion at the pineapple plantation was the best I’ve had in my life. The staff are the cutest.

Staying at Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico has been an amazing experience. My best hotel stay ever. Amazingly kind and attentive staff, they all seemed to give their best to make sure that the guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. The hotel has an amazing location, great view to the ocean, really nice rooms, good gym, nice pool and I also really liked the bar. The value for money is just excellent. Certainly not the cheapest accommodation in Ponta Delgada but taken all into account, it has exceeded my expectations. I would go back anytime, and will definitely do so the next time I am going to the Azores.

The hotel is very near the center. The room was spacious, clean and elegant with a wooden . Breakfast offering both savouring and sweet. The staff were kind, friendly and reader to help

Good hotel, a bit overpriced like most in Azores (supply vs demand). Nice clean room, all satisfactory.

The location was great - the heart of the old town. Charming and authentic. 10 mins walk to the marina, open ocean pool, promenade and city amenities. Kitchen on the second floor was basic and good. Room was big enough, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was basic, clean, all good. Window to the back of the building - no any noises, very good. Free parkings on the streets outside the hotel - 10 mins walk, no problem at all.
