We got an upgrade from Side Sea view Suite to Family room. Family room is veeery spacious and comfortable with kids. The hotel is stylish, they do pay attention to details (decorations). Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned our room when it was suitable for us. I received a small compliment for my birthday which was very nice. In front of the hotel there is a huge, very beautiful sandy beach. The road to the beach is suitable for strollers (not only stairs). Dinners are very tasty, the person at the Grill section is very friendly. We will come back ❤️

After a very easy check-in, we stepped into our room where we saw the view of the river from beyond what looked like a very comfortable balcony, we knew we were in for a treat. In addition to the beautiful room, this hotel really is only a 15-20 minute walk in either direction to the promenade along the river and all of its shops, or to the beaches. It is a fantastic location. And the staff, ever so helpful, was happy to provide directions, make recommendations, etc. This place really thought of everything. Yes, the bed and bedding were comfortable. Yes, there was plenty of space to settle in. Yes, there was space in the bathroom to set our toiletries and hang things. Yes the shower was amazing. Yes we had a strong wifi signal. Refrigerator and personal safe, check! ...But it goes beyond all of that. Jupiter Marina Hotel pays attention to the little details too. One example to illustrate what I mean: Lots of places boast that they come with blackout shades. But somehow, the curtains never seems to fall so that all of the light is blocked, including the one street light that always seems to be in just the wrong place. At Jupiter Marina, they're aware of this and someone thought to add an inconspicuous strip of velcro down the edge so that you can seal the curtain. Voila! No light gets in! Another small but super helpful detail - there are outlets on both sides of the bed, easily accessible, and one of them even has USB outlets. All of these little details add up to make this a stay that exceeded my expectations. And I haven't even mentioned the incredible breakfast that we started every day with. If you're debating whether to include the breakfast or not in your room purchase, take it from me - include the breakfast! It will be SO worth it!

The location couldn't be better. Many restaurants are literally a 2 minute walk. The staff was helpful and dedicated. One of the house maids mildly berated us because we had hung the do not disturb sign on our door knob and forgot to remove it and she was unable to clean our room. m
