Excellent communication about how to find the property and self check in as the village is very small. Extremely well kitted out with everything you need and all very modern. Great stop over if walking the Via Algarivana, although 3km off the trial it's a straight forward walk on the road. Would highly recommend it as a beautiful stay in a quaint rural Portuguese village.

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have experienced so far on my frequent trips through the Portuguese countryside. Away from all the hustle and bustle in a stunning natural setting. Definitely recommended for anyone suffering from stress. And our hosts were wonderful people who welcomed us in an excellent manner. In the evening for dinner, they served us a very tasty meal (we could see that cooking for the wife is a joy, and she did it with the help of her husband), and in the morning, I have rarely seen such a lavishly laid breakfast table. Everything was also available: neat, clean rooms, a swimming pool, and delicious food. These people deserve a 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you, Laura and Matias.

No hot water, boiler did not worked. They would send someone of the water company. Helas nobody showed up to fix the problem. 10 mails with the aid of google Translate, way and back. A cleaning lady showed up and looked at the system but could not fix it. Error code on the boiler Said a technician was required. Because we are hiking the via algarviana and after 25 km of hiking appreciate at least a hot shower, 150€ for a night is way too much. After mailing with the owner he mentioned that it was the price with a minimum of two nights, which was showing on your website. A refund of this nicht or compensation would be appreciated.

Great, clean and comfortable hotel. Wonderful view over the river to Spain. Great value. The food and wine available were excellent. Extremely helpful staff.

The place is really well decorated and very confortable. It is the perfect rural house. Take into account that you are in the middle of the countryside and there are no restaurants or shops around. If you have no car (I came hiking doing the Camino de Santiago) you have to come prepared with some food. The place has all the kitchen facilities for it.
