Vila Baleira Resort All Inclusive features an outdoor swimming pool, sauna and a spa offering anti-stress treatments. The staff was helpful. When we were too tired after arrival to have lunch in the buffee, I was allowed to take something to our room without paying the full fee.
With a private stretch of sandy beach along the Porto Santo shore, this 5-star resort in Southern Madeira features 2 natural-style pool areas surrounded by 98 ft² of gardens. Everything was more than perfect, from breakfast to going to sleep. The staff ,especially Otto Nemes made our stay unforgetful
Located on the golden sandy beach of Vila de Porto Santo, this 4-star hotel provides a sauna, massage treatments and an outdoor pool. The chic, modern rooms lead onto balconies. Excellent location with fantastic breakfast served literally 'on the beach'. Very nice and professional team.
Just 328 feet from Porto Santo’s beach, Areia Dourada offers air-conditioned rooms with a furnished balcony. Each has views of Porto Santo’s mountains or the Atlantic Ocean. We had a night with breakfast. The breakfast was tasty and big. Room with bathroom was clean, in the room was airconditioner. The view from the room was on the beach. The staff very friendly

Porto Santo is a delightful fairly dry island with marvelous landscapes and a long beautiful broad sand beach and ideal swimming conditions. Island is fairly crowded during the summer tourist season, but seems to have the most favorable weather conditions in the winter half of the year. We thoroughly enjoyed our mid-March stay. It is pretty necessary to bring or rent an auto if idea is to visit the exciting mountain venues. Not needed for a beach vacation. Good restaurants are all over, but do consider lunch at the Gazela for their roasted piglet. Must make reservations for this, available on Saturdays only.
Small island 2.5 hours by ferry from Maderia. Ferry ride very comfortable. Not especially pleased with the food on board. Though you can purchase your bus ticket to ride from the point where the ferry docked to the center of town. It costs 1.50 Euro per person. We didn't take our rental car on the ferry and we regretted not doing so. My sister-in-law and I took the blue bus into the center of town. We walked about 25 minutes to Hotel Porto Santo. Not a lot to do in Porto Santo. It is just a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Walk on the sandy beach. Play and frolic in the warm ocean waters. I will return and stay at least 3 or 4 days next time.😎

I truly recommend this propriety for holidays even for a break of 4 to 5 days, well located, clean and sunny! Very comfortable and large spaces! The house has everything you need, the view is exceptionally fantastic! Mr Fernando is really kind, so as D.Marcia and her husband who just had given a lift back to the boat! Thank you so much I hope coming back to the island and stay over this magnificent place again! :)

The location was right in the centre of town. Very convenient for shopping and was approx. 100m from the beach. Martim was very welcoming and gave helpful tips about the island. The apartment had all the items you need for a self catering holiday. Free wifi and satellite tv we're great bonuses. Would definitely recommend a stay at Sotavento.
