Staff, service & cleanliness

Fantastic ...staffs are very lovely and provide a good and quality services....Thank you so much

Lovely laid back and very comfortable with fab pool and excellent breakfast

Nice silent oasis and best world staff

Everything was fabolous! A comfortable spa hotel. I asked hotel to arrange for us country trips - they kindly arranged for us contact with Asuncion City Tour, which was perfect, reliable, excellent service, our guide Mr. Shafler very knowledgable, communicative and intelligent. We were lucky to receive the best possible service in the hotel and during the trip. We recommend this hotel and this turist agency wholeheartedly to all travellers.

The service was above and beyond. For example, I called room service, but got no answer. So, I called the front desk to see what was up and within 2 minutes there was a knock on my door. The front desk clerk and the maitre d both showed up and took my order personally. Now that is the definition of service.

A comfortable bed and room. Great design and layout both in room and broader hotel. Alexis at reception helped us out big time when our original room had noise coming in from the nearby restaurant (he changed our room). Excellent service. Well done.

Pool, polite personal, location, massage in hotel

Friendly Staff and very good breakfast with eggs and tasty fruits!

La arquitectura del hotel me pareció fascinante, el personal muy amable.

My stay felt like I was sharing a day in a family's life. Beautiful hotel set in a huge house, with lots of character. The pool was nice. The staff was really friendly and the manager even spoke fluent French. The hotel is located in a more residential area, so you can catch a glimpse of what "real life" is over there.

Lovely hotel, amazing breakfast and great staff

I liked how clean everything was. Staff was also very helpful.
