És un hotel gran i agradable que es troba a pocs minuts caminant de Cilaos. Les instal·lacions comunes són prou amples, destacant les dues piscines amb unes vistes increïbles, i un generós espai de sofàs i zona d'estar, tant interior com exterior, amb un bar que funciona durant poques hores al dia. El pàrking és molt còmode i hi ha suficient espai per aparcar sense problema. A pocs minuts caminant hi ha diversos llocs per comprar queviures o bé restaurants que estan força bé. També és un punt molt interessant com a partida d'excursions per conèixer la zona, amb diferents trekkings i recorreguts per alguns dels millors llocs de l'illa.
