Two days before our arrival, the owner reached out to me with helpful information, and continued to do so the day before and on the day of our booking. He gave me clear instructions a day in advance on how to access the property and called on the day of check-in to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is fantastic! The apartment boasts high-end appliances, including two washing machines, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, air conditioner, and TV. The towels were incredibly large, fluffy, and of high quality. The amenities provided were impressive: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, ear tips, cotton pads, micellar water, and even body cream. The place had everything, right down to coffee and coffee milk. I am traveling often and I must say I'm genuinely impressed by the quality of this apartment and how well everything was organized, prepared, and kept clean. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers, and special thanks to whoever prepared the rooms. We will definitely be coming back!

The apartament is in a very good location. It is in 5 minutes walk from the city center. The stuff is very helpful. All our questions was answered in real time. The apartament is a good value for the price. And i know that this is subievtive, but has a very positive vibe. If we come back to Satu Mare we will choose this location again.
