Amazing historic mansion- lots of character- great customer service from lady at check in. Room was comfortable, clean, quiet with good air con. Lovely dinner and drinks in the restaurant - nice breakfast. Safe secure bicycle storage. Highly recommend

We left before breakfast, but we had our evening meal in the restaurant and it was excellant, the staff were very friendly and most obliging.........the food was very very good, and the prices were brilliant.

I appreciated that my 3 years old son had plenty of space to play outside safely, to play in the outside tub and the salina room. Everything is child friendly. The location and the work that the hosts made here are beautiful and peaceful. Everything is clean and welcoming, the home made food is delicious. There is also a large outside kitchen. We will come back.

The property looks exactly like in the pictures — actually even better. The owners are very nice and sociable. There were plenty of activities: a good ping‑pong table, a springboard, a nice hot tub, darts, and other board games. We tried them all, and everything was great quality. The barbecue area is also very nice, with everything we needed, plus a fire pit. The place is very quiet, relaxing, and truly has that chill, zen vibe that matches the cabin’s name. We would definitely come again.

It’s been the best accommodation in Romania we have ever tried! We stayed in an amazing wooden cottage with a wellness wood-heated hot tub just in front of the cottage. Inside there was everything you need even for a longer stay (in our case 7 nights in the end) - an extremely efficient wood-burning stove, lots of wood prepared in front of the cottage (they added some more later), a completely furnished kitchen, an upper-floor bedroom with a balcony overlooking the lake, a big comfortable sofa, exceptionally good-quality drinking water, hot water both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, a TV with YouTube access and external speakers for better TV sound. We need to highlight the hospitality of the whole host family. The owner’s parents came every third day to ask if everything was ok. Moreover, we were given Romanian locals products and two pizzas for free in a nearby pizzeria (In the village Fardea). Even if we stayed there during quite a tough winter time, we felt like at home. Both us and our beloved golden retriever enjoyed such an exceptional stay! Highly recommended! ❤️
