This is one of the best hotels in a great location. Amazing views of the mountains, beautiful interior design inside the hotel, friendly staff (many thanks to Mariana who made us feel welcomed and made our stay so special) and great food. A fantastic hotel in all respects. Very comfortable, quiet, extremely high tech and modern. Kind and attentive staff are comfortable in a range of languages, and there is both a restaurant with delicious fancy cuisine, and a bistro for comfort food. Room service is possible. There is a lovely spa and conference facilities, and the convenient central location of the hotel is opposite a police station. A light breakfast is available, with cooked options also.

The location is exceptional, and the rooms are beautiful. It's clear that a lot of care went into the decoration and renovation to ensure the best possible customer experience. The bed linens stood out to me, they were incredibly clean and had a wonderful, fresh smell. I found them to be superior to those l've experienced in other high-end hotels, such as Marriott or similar 5-star properties.
