Honestly, the hotel is something for the history books! It is absolutely gorgeous and built with state-of-the-art technology. Every time I left my room, I was in awe of the craftsmanship and elegance. The staff and service were just as excellent as the food! The customer service won me over.

I checked in at 2am. There was a shuttle bus waiting for me to go to the hotel and no problems checking in that late. The breakfast was delicious. The reception staff were so kind and helpful giving me advice on where to go during my transit stop as I wanted to see the city. They gave me tips on transportation and allowed me a late check out and to leave my luggage while I went out. They also arranged transport back to the airport. I was very nervous about my whole transit and they were so helpful making it very smooth for me. Thank you

The staff was generally very nice and helpful, the room quite big and very cozy. The location is extremely convenient for airport stays and the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. It is also fairly easy to get to Therme - 15 mins ride away. The hotel restaurant, Rustic, is very nice and good quality for both breakfast and dinner - very good local cuisine.
