Located just off the main road, the property extends behind the main building with a lovely garden and a couple of other buildings intended for events. Our suite had a balcony that overlooked the garden. I was impressed that the balcony was freshly cleaned and the outdoor furniture was dusted off. We stayed just for one night and there were no events planned in the garden, so I’m not sure if the music would be a factor. The restaurant is excellent, newly renovated with attention to detail and introducing the concept “from farm to fork” using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Super host! The owners were very welcoming and the common area espresso machine made my day :). Farm cheese, eggs and veggies were available for purchase at the store for an impromptu but delicious early dinner. Truly grateful for the real Romanian hospitality that was shared there! The fresh air and the quiet countryside was amazing. It is close to Buzau and I highly recommend it!

Exceptional Customer Service. Friendly reception available for my 2am check-in. I was in possession of foreign currency only, yet they let me take much needed refreshments up to my small, clean, comfortable, suitable, room with the promise that I pay the next day. Upon departure, I was wished a safe journey, my debts forgiven. I rode 20km to the nearest ATM, withdrew some Romanian lei and made the trip back to pay in full my three dollar debt. It's these kind of places that make long-distance travel a real joy. I wish them well. )

We liked everything. It's just like in the photos and description. Really quiet in a beautiful area. The food they cook is delicious. The front yard is great. They are really nice people and we need more hosts like this in the country.

there was confusion when we checked in. Originally we booked only one night stay, then on reception, we asked to stay two nights. There was some language, confusion, and the manager the next day accommodated us while they were very busy.
