Great location for what we wanted, an outing in nature and some hiking. It's the last (inhabited) house on the left, and then the road leads into the forest where we went for some walks. The three doggos, all girls, that are always up for a petting session 💕🐶 especially the two black ones. Clean rooms, a big terrace as a smoking area, a 'gym' where you can also play table tennis 🏓 Very attentive and welcoming host, we've very much enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Casa Putna Vidra for two nights while attending dog shows in Romania. The house is located in a quiet village, next to the owners’ home — a very kind and welcoming couple, always ready to help with anything we needed. The house was warm, cozy, and very clean. A big advantage is the large yard with incredibly green grass — our two dogs loved it, and we really appreciated how pet-friendly the hosts were. We were also treated to fresh fruit and a delicious homemade cake — such a lovely surprise! Overall, a wonderful stay with genuine Romanian hospitality. Highly recommended!

we visited during august so there was a small swimming pool and some games for kids to jump and play. the host was super nice and suggested a short hike around and also spent some time with us helping us with catching fish in the lake which was really nice with the kids. the staff is really kind and helpful, even while not always speaking english. the host told us this place is new so there are things he plans to build to make it even better. the villa is specially decorated as a hunters house - lots of preserved animals which is really cool (as shown in the photos). The AC was really good. there's nowhere to eat 30 minutes drive from this place so we had dinner every night and we really enjoyed it!

The owners are absolutely incredible. I've never seen such hospitality, so great and pleasant attitude. The house is old fashioned, like a small museum, but at the same time very well equipped with good furniture and best brands technique. The kitchen has absolutely everything needed for the long stay. Separately, I should note that all the spaces are very well designed, to the smallest details, which brings coziness and warmth. The pension has a very big and isolated territory where you can find many activities: barbeque, small zoo with domestic animals and peacocks, bows for archery, tennis rackets. All the equipment is provided without any fees - just to give the guests an opportunity to diversify the leisure with interesting activities. The love and attention with which the owners treat their home and their guests is truly inspiring. That is the place where you would like to come back again and again.
