We visit the hotel few times per year, we always feel welcome. The staff throughout ( reception, breakfast, spa) they make us feel welcome, do everything to solve issues with professionalism, calm and care. I appreciate all staff, accommodation, facilities. The property has amazing views overlooking Odorheiu Secuiesc and its beautiful hilly surroundings. The accommodation itself is just so cosy, clean, well equipped with brand new finishing etc. We had a very comfortable sleep, everything works and have only positive things to say about the hosts as well which communicated efficiently and promptly to any requests being made. You would need a car to reach it as it’s a bit further from the centre but that was a total bonus for us. Will be definitely returning here.
