Talo oli yllättävän moderni, upeasti remontoitu ja erinomaisesti varusteltu. Puhdas ja tilava suihkuhuone, suuri keittiö-ruokailuhuone, josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Makuuhuoneita oli valittavana, ja ne olivat varustettu suurilla mukavilla sängyillä ja huonekaluilla. Auto mahtui hyvin hoidettuun pihaan, jossa oli leikatut nurmikot, kukkia ja puita.
