Excellent communication through booking.com before trip. There waiting for us to transfer us across with early check in after an early flight. Easy to arrange game drive and very good one with packed lunches for the day. Game drive was most of the day including a boat trip. Saw 4 of the Big 5. Safe comfortable jeep. Good food.

Fantastic stay outside the National Park. Super comfortable and relaxing. Great food and very nice staff. The owner, Julie, is very knowledgable and helpful.

Lovely welcome and Patrick looked after us brilliantly. He prepared a meal that was the best we had in the 2 weeks we spent in Rwanda.
