Firstly, to the staff: thank you, Madam Alphonsine and Jean D'amour! Professional, friendly, helpful, and engaged. I and my Husband spent 1 night at Ruhondo Island retreat,The tented room with a jungle view is lovely. Clean, cool green roofs, a mix of tradition and modern styles—I really loved it. The other facilities, such as wifi and the breakfast room, were all first-class. The location—OMG, can you get how great the island hotel is for full relaxation and being quietly safe? PERFECT. Excellent service. From the moment we arrived at the parking lot and got a boat, the staff was extremely courteous. They also helped us to book a good tour hike Mount.Bisoke in Volcanoes National Park with their professional tour guide. The food was very good and sumptuous.Other attractions: The hotel has a free wifi connection. They also have a greenery garden designed for reading books with scenery from nature and Lake Ruhondo.The rest... well, Musanze is a beautiful city with so much to see and do, and this hotel just complements and completes a wonderful experience.

Agnes was absolutely amazing! She checked us in and walked us to our room and made us feel like we were at home. There was mango juice to greet us In reception and Agnes make sure that Every need with Met. She recommended places of interest in the area, places to eat, including the restaurant facility at the hotel. Agnes was completely genuine as she asked us how our stay was how comfortable are rooms were, and said she looked forward to seeing us again when we departed from the hotel. meeting Agnes and her warm hospitality was one of the highlights of my traveling through Rwanda.

The location is great, although a little far from Musanze town if you do not have a car. I spent the week working while my nanny and child stayed at the house. It was safe, easy to cook, and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay here! The host, Patience, was communicative from the moment I booked my accommodation. The property itself is peaceful and on a quiet street. The rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and cozy. Most importantly, Patience cooks delicious food for breakfast and has a wealth of knowledge about local culture and history. He even suggests and accompanies guests on day trips in the area. It was a pleasure staying here and interacting with him and the other guests. I would highly recommend this place to any traveler.
