Excellent location in a fairly quiet nook of the city, easy access to the mountains and other sites. The room was clean and luxurious, and the pool/spa facility was beautiful. Staff were extremely kind and helpful.

I liked the hotel very much. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent — perfect for exploring both the Tihama desert and Jabal Sawda. The room exceeded my expectations and was truly exceptional. Overall, it offered very good value for money. How was the breakfast? The breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day.

Hotel was centrally located and facilities were outstanding . The staff were extremely helpful and attentive . The room was spacious and well decorated , the bathroom was large . The lobby had a specialty coffee ( 24 hours open ) .

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful two-night stay at the Midtown Majestic Garden in a 3-bedroom villa. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and incredibly comfortable. The villa itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-furnished, providing a calm and quiet atmosphere that was perfect for our family. One of the highlights was the indoor private pool; despite the very cold weather outside, the pool was perfectly heated and well-maintained, allowing us to swim in total comfort. The amenities were top-notch and made our stay very convenient: * Fully Equipped Kitchen: Had everything we needed for family meals. * Spacious Living Area: The family room was large, clean, and very comfortable for relaxing together. * Convenience: Having a washing machine and three full washrooms (all with showers) made traveling with a family so much easier. * Private Features: We loved the gated private parking and the lovely outdoor sitting area. * Bedroom: Rooms were also very spacious, clean and furnished with adequate furnishings for comfortable stay. Friendly staff: The staff were also very friendly and supportive throughout our stay and responded quickly to all our requests
